About Us

From cooking in busy and bustling kitchens, to immersing herself in the fast pace of restaurant life, Garzon owner Gabriela fell in love with the hospitality industry. Working in the demanding trade led Gabriela to meet her soulmate, husband Gabriel, and made a great impression on daughter and general manager Camila, who always thought she’d become a lawyer.

From New York to Paris, the duo has had many adventures exploring and learning about the art, fashion and gastronomy capitals of the world. Dressing with effortless style, the two stylish ladies have been influenced by many fashions from across the globe, no less than, the chic style of the waitresses at L’Avenue to La Société in Paris. Gabriela and Camila firmly believe that fashion is becoming a significant element in the hospitality industry.

A world full of flavors, the Spanish, Italian and French influenced Garzon menu has been tailored to be just as good for the body, as it is for the soul. Following a balanced diet, Gabriela likes to eat a selection of crudos, steak and grilled vegetables. Camila’s favorite is Steak Au Poivre and Dulce de Leche Soufflé. The personality of the restaurant is bought to life by the distinct interior, Gabriela wanted to bring to Garzon the chic and rustic feel of the worlds quintessential coastal towns.

Frida Kahlo, Banksy and Gerard Richter, are just a few of the Garzon owner’s favorite artists. She spends her days off with friends and family and takes time out of each day for yoga, spinning and Zohar studies at the Kabballah center. Camila can be found relaxing with friends and gossiping over a glass of wine. Exercising is an activity both greatly enjoy and include in their daily routine.

Inspired by their own tight-knit Italian family, where food plays a huge part (cooking up Asado is a household tradition), Gabriela and Camila have extended this strong bond to their staff, which can naturally be felt by Garzon’s guests.

The restaurateurs take great pleasure in sharing a world full of flavors with friends, family and especially guests at the duos neighborhood home away from home, Garzon.
